Social media is an invaluable tool when it comes to growing awareness and interest about your shop. We’re highlighting four of our favorites free resources that will help you craft high quality and engaging content on a budget.
Pexels & Unsplash
Royalty Stock Photography can be a great addition to your own product photos if you need to promote something specific on your social media, i.e. a photo of the beach when you’re promoting a summer sale. Photography is a great tool to have to tell your story! Both Pexels and Unsplash offer photography that doesn’t require attribution, and are free for use as long as you aren’t redistributing or selling the photography as your own. Fun Fact: the photo attached to this article is one we found from Unsplash!
Canva
If you need to spruce up your branding and aren’t ready to hire a professional, Canva is a great place to get started. You can look at updating your logo, creating graphics, and so much more! We recommend sticking to a limited number of colors and font choices to keep your branding consistent and clear to your shoppers.
Grammarly
If you need help with proofing something you’ve written, incorporating Grammarly into your workflow will help catch those typos and run-on sentences.
Later
Save time and increase your efficiency! If you’re serious about your social media strategy, a great resource to plan out your posts is Later. This allows you to schedule posts in advance, making it easy to bulk create content in one sitting. Bonus: Later’s Blog often posts relevant tips and tricks from social media experts!
